Too bad he isn't 60% of the player Dubois is. |

Looks like Nagy is calling the plays again.
I thought the rule was 6 in the box you run the ball, both 2nd and 3rd down and goal predictable pass plays and wrong personnel, no Graham - BetweenTheDots Lazor is just as bad in te red zone. Get Mitch out on the edge with a run/pass option |

Wrong. Extension would mean he had a contract for this year already. He didn't. He signed a two year contract, not a contract extension |

They'd want Dach. Also he signed with them for two years so he can force them to trade him? I call bullpoop. That whole trade rumor was made up by hockey writers to get some bullpoop discussion going. If I'm wrong and he's traded I'll come apologize to you - GPHawksfan
You Are correct. Foolish to trade him |

Closer than i was, it's nice of him to sign for so little he must of really wanted to stay in Chicago |

Bears lose again against one of the all time best NFL qb's. Despite getting in to playoffs through a back door, both Pace and Trubinsky might not return next season |

Well so many of those offensive playcalls were already recognized by the defense and remarkably no audibles, Mitch had gotten so much better at reading the blitz and finding the hot read but still sucks at presnap read |

I'm just happy we have his rights for the next 2 years, hopefully he can become a more effective top 6 center. |

I concur with the signing... the issue with him was always his skating.. he had a good half a season or whatever when we got him with 51 points... time to be a man and step up and be a leader on this team and show your talent of being taken 3rd overall... if this is not a stepping stone for this kid then I don’t know what is |

Just wait until they have to issue an APB for him cause no one has seen him for a few games. He is too slow. He gives up more defensively than he provides offensively.
With Strome and Wallmark, the Hawks are going to be glacial down the middle. Bowman wants his #1 D-man of the future. |

You might have given up on him that's fine, but for a reasonable contract the next 2 years let's make sure he's a bust not because you said so. |

Nine prospects playing in the WJC whom Eklund feels could go straight to NHL is the latest daily brief from Eklund
While I agree with the glowing report he gives on these prospects, I don't believe they could successfully step into the NHL immediately.
Eklund should re-consider they would be going up against men. The respective GM for Caufield and Byram have said that they feel their players needed this season for development
I would go along with Lundell, Rossi, and Zegras. York can get a late season look. Askarov should play a lot AHL and see him have consistency.
You whom have been watching the WJC, what do you say |

2 years, maybe? - Stanbo will leave Strome unprotected at the end of this season for the Seattle draft hoping Ron Francis bites.
Unfortunately for Stan, like Joe Sakic, Francis knows a hockey player when he sees one. |
