They have 34 players currently on the reserve list. 31 have to be signed in the next 4 years.

They will have a lot of choices to make in the coming years.

Its funny how Podz has skills like defensive game etc that go well in a bottom 6 role. However, he's got hockey IQ and skill that make him a great 2 way top 6 player. What does that translate to is interesting how often its debated here.

Remember the Petey v Glass debates in Canuck fandom and the glass half full crowd (pun intended) just couldn't buy into Petey's weight or skills would translate into NHL play. When someone is against a pick they fight that narrative well into his NHL years. The bar for Podz has already been set too high to overcome that kind of scrutiny.
