Not close yet. Jasek will be lucky IMO to make the team ever. He would be a third line center on Comets .

Lind played a number of games at center and is a very good passer . He had a good camp last year at the R2P training camp but I still think he is a year away at least.

Thanks Carol.

I think he will eventually get a look as a winger this year. He's one of the guys that I would have loved to see in the AHL playoffs last year.

So glad the flames said no to him and he had to settle for van

I mean he's literally been on LTIR his whole time here, this doesn't impact fans at all...

Surprised Hammy’s playing. He opted out of bubble play last year. Guess he figured, play hockey or get a job. He’ll do wel with the Canucks.
- K-man25

He’s on another team so he’s now terrible ...don’t you know how this works 😉

Neither Barzal or PLD get traded given the assumed price tag. But hypothetically speaking, I would likely prefer PDL over Barzal because he likely fits better with EP40. Any Canuck offer would have to start with Horvat, A prospect, and a 1st. Too steep.
- CoolerHeads

PLD just sent a letter to the fans saying he will be a good teammate despitehis wanting to be traded. Torts also confirmed he wants to be traded . He is locked in at two years x 5 mil. I would take a serious look at getting him.

I wouldn't do Horvat straight up for PDL.

You're probably going to have to explain it a couple more times to the lad. Try pictures if one syllable words aren't working.

Thanks Carol, last time I remember watching Hamey was him getting KO’ed by Goody, but I expected, and am glad that Benning added another experienced blue liner.

Tanev is a 50 game guy and Marky has been piling up injury time in the last couple of years . Leivo was a fluke

I'm sure when the Canucks waive Benn, Flames will be all over it.

Horvat is built for playoffs. His rookie season he stepped his game up the most on the team against the Flames. This last playoffs, he dominated the Wild and especially the cup defending Blues. I would be very reluctant to trade Horvat.

Everyone knows players become better after they leave the Canucks ...if they didn’t you guys wouldn’t have anything to complain about.

Lucky for the flames this is a short season so they might get a whole year outta them

PDL playoff stats aren't bad either, but why trade for the same thing? Especially your captain.

You got some good guys. Tanev is very good in his own end and trust me with his offensive output that is exactly where you will be playing.

I agree I think Bo is more valuable to the Canucks than his trade value .... keep him and keep on building

I’m kinda worried about marky to be honest ...he is used to the whole game minus Pp time in his own end ...he very well could get bored

I heard Lucic's skating is so bad this year he decided he will just wait in his own end. He can keep Markky company.

Marky will be fine. He's not going to have to worry about the extra playoff workload this year.
