I'm not a tactical expert (not even sure what the proper term is), but I would imagine that the smart thing to do is not start shooting.
The Capitol security are probably outnumbered and out-gunned.
The Senate is now being evacuated.
I'd love to hear what Tumbleweed has to say about this.
