There’s probably a more specific timeline around for seating them somewhere but nothing is final until Sydney Powell unleashes the Kraken. Speaking of which, the city of Detroit has initiated proceedings to have her disbarred. Luckily, she can always get as a Pollination Assistant at 4 Seasons (the hotel, not the landscaper)

Edit, just read that it is on the 3rd of January. Not sure about the run off but a Senators new term starts on 3, 2021 until 3, 2027

Yes, but if this "new" Senate (and that's with the new Democratic Senators officially sworn in) tries to do any business prior to the afternoon of Jan 20th, and they vote strictly along party lines, it will be a 50/50 vote, and then the deciding vote will be cast by the VP, who until noon on January 20th is still Pence.

Although I'd like to think that you'd have one Republican with enough balls to vote for impeachment (I'm looking at you, Mitt Romney).
