Yes, but if this "new" Senate (and that's with the new Democratic Senators officially sworn in) tries to do any business prior to the afternoon of Jan 20th, and they vote strictly along party lines, it will be a 50/50 vote, and then the deciding vote will be cast by the VP, who until noon on January 20th is still Pence.

Although I'd like to think that you'd have one Republican with enough balls to vote for impeachment (I'm looking at you, Mitt Romney).

You need to learn what a sucker punch is.

When you punch someone out of the blue, regardless of if they're directly in front of you or not, it's a sucker punch.
