Sorry Wedgie.
Too many of us can sympathize with Barb's plight.
What you did was reprehensible.

It's why I stopped working on it. It was fun for a while but a ton of work every August.
It's funny but they still use most of my original format ... 3 years averages, forecaster averages, etc. It's been prettied up, and updated over the years but most of my ideas are there.
I have won quite a few pools in the last 10 years. I won't claim I always win, but I do think having those stats has really helped.
He no longer publishes all the individual sources, but the averages are still there - Aetherial
yeah, haven't figured out how i put rookies in though but have a bunch of calculations on the back burner,
weighted averages over last couple seasons, age multipliers, line/pairing multipliers, team strength multipliers...
deep league though and need to take into account sh%, hits, blocked shots, shp, ppp, shots, fws, hits etc.5 goalie stats
traditional rankings sites do very little for me and i always lose so gonna put in the work this year
would 100% try your site if i was in am h2h league this year tho |

Anyone catch the interview of Chamath Palihapitiya & Anthony Noto? They suggested that each new born American should get 2k that’s invested that they can’t take out until retirement. |

Canucks players have it the worst.
Eastern teams will be fine, they have two teams a bus ride away. |

Recall that the Reichstag was attacked in and orchestrated manner before the rise of a certain political leader... Maybe they, the incoming administration, are attempting to forebode a serious eroding of the freedom of speech/ thought/ etc... just to rub salt into the wound.

Eastern teams have traveled plenty in the past. An extra hour or two on an airplane isn't going to do much.
The more frequent time zone changes may be an issue. But that is an issue Vancouver will have to face everytime they travel, so it will likely affect Vancouver more.
Which is great - built in excuse for you guys. Leafs have no excuse for failure this year.

Can't do much about rookies except guess. I got burned last year by Hughes.
The last 2 years I have taken a lot of longshots and contradicted what the forecasters were telling me, it did not work out well. I think I will go by my old method... rank the guys by their minimum projection, consider the 3 year average and their age when drafting... stick with the mid to late 20's guys when it is a tough choice...
