Looks like former Canucks right winger Toffoli is a third-line left winger on Canadiens behind Tatar and Drouin. Kotkaniemi is centring Toffoli and Armia.

1st liner in Van, 3rd liner in Montreal.
Habs will be in a good position at playoff time. - Reubenkincade
I feel like everyone's pumping Mtl's tires hard ahead of this season. Surely that means they will miss playoffs. |

I am not a Habs fan, but I really like how the young guys looked during the thingy in the summer and the moves they made in off-season. |

Which Goalie would you take based on these stats if both are around the same age? - Load Management
Trend is important. Just saying that statistically, the difference is not insignificant. Would Holtby have had the same success in Vancouver last season given his personal statistics? |

Wasn't Lordy boasting about how Sutter will be the turd line center as he's so much better than Gaudette? - Pacificgem
Weren't you saying LE wouldn't be demoted because Benning will try and save face?

Make no mistake they are third line numbers and he is their best center IMO

Suzuki, Lehkonen and Evans
Kotkaniemi will be fine as well.
Although, I know only young Canuck players get better. |

Hes going to be an unreal player man. My wife and father-in-law are massive habs fans, so we watched a ton of habs games last year and in the round Robin, he's going to be more than a 3C for the habs |

Evans 2 Career NHL goals 24 years old

Toffoli must be thinking to himself what the F will it take to get back in the top 6?
Travis Green is not coaching in MTL. - LordHumungous
Why are you laughing? A $4+m 3rd liner is right up your alley. |

I think he is their best C and still not as good as Bo . I mean Suzuki is their best not KK
KK is an average 3 rd line C maybe 2nd if things go well. |

Habs should be rebuilding. I don’t understand their direction. Plan for when Price and Weber are gone. Weber has a $7.9MM cap hit until he is 41 lol. Kind of reminds me of the Canucks a few years ago when they made some poor signings not realizing how dire things were |
