Canucks obviously need that secondary scoring that Gaudette and Virtanen provided 30 goals last season. 47 goals between the other 10 players that played mostly bottom 6 last season.

I'd actually prefer if Beagle sat and Sutter was the 4LC but Beagle takes and wins 60% of his Dzone draws and because of PK but he really can't produce any sort of offence and that makes the burden of scoring fall more onto the other 3 lines. So you can't have Sutter and his lack of offence running another line otherwise scoring then falls directly onto the top 6.

Sutter has no problem getting chances to score somehow, his conversation rate sucks but as seen by his goal in practice, he needs someone on his line to drive the offensive play all the time, not once in a while like Virtanen does occasionally. Roussel certainly isn't driving any offensive play considering the guy has cracked 30 points once. Hopefully a healthy Roussel can get back to close to what his line mates are scoring. (Virtanen and Gaudette).

Beagle and Sutter two guys who can't create offence together isn't much fun either.

Is it possible to pencil players on the 23 man roster to Utica, have them stay in van and then bring them back up to a main club after season start if they need the cap space? No Quarantine issues if they never leave the country.

Or he could just be a fun guy. He was the same way when he played with the Caps according to Holtby.

Maybe they should trade him for exceeding the amount of fun allowed as an acceptable amount.
