someone (i forget who) wrote 96pts for Matthews, and 47 for Marner
my god... - Arctic_AARDVARK
96 points in 56 games? Yikes... Marner getting 47 points will be a little disappointing.. |

If this was normal times, I'd now be plotting how to sneak out of the office in an hour to go to the Keg or Marche for pre-game.
Sucks that Marche is gone. My kids loved it.

It’s gone? Dammit. Haven’t been there for a few years.
I haven’t cracked a beer yet but I’m getting very close. |

Yup, they announced in May.
https://www.blogto.com/ea...arche-restaurant-toronto/
It's a huge space, so it will be interesting to see if they can attract a new tenant.
You could get a select entree (wood-fired pizza for this guy, usually) and a pint of beer for $20 - maybe even $17.99??? - on game nights.
I'm going to miss it. |

I'm doing ok. Things are less crazy at work than they were last spring.
I'm waiting to have a test to my stomach next thursday. Hoping to find out what's been causing me major heartburns and reflux in the last 2 years if I don't take medication.
I've been off the meds for a week to prepare for the test, it's been.... quite annoying to say the least.
How about you? Hope 2020 wasn't too hard on ya!

Well my life has been dominated by medical issues as well... the first two weeks of 2020 started with me in the hospital... not sure if you know but about 6 years ago I was diagnosed with epilepsy and the meds aren’t cutting it... even at 3500mg of antipsychotics a day I’m still seizing 2-4 times a week so I’ve been prepped for a right temporal lobe lobectomy... then covid hit and I’m pretty much just sitting on my hands waiting for a surgery date.
Hopefully they can sort things out for you man, trust me when I say I totally sympathize with the burden that is an ongoing health issue.

Hopefully they can distribute enough vaccines so procedures like yours don't have to be delayed anymore.
This whole situation sucks more than the Senators!

Kelly McCrimmon announces
@GoldenKnights
will go with 5 D on opening night. Pietrangelo, Theodore, McNabb, Martinez and Whitecloud. A pair of top-20 NHL D in that grouping and they want to get them all a lot of minutes.
