At least you'll get to see the end. Id rather miss the beginning. Well if we're winning or it's close that is... - 668710

Is that considered a home game for the Pens this eve? Wondering if they have last change.
EDIT: Nope, away game again...no last change. |

The games are all even though 4 home 4away. Philly will have to deal with it when they come here. It's just like a playoff series. |

A lot of talk about Sully only after 1 game but I believe rightfully so. I wanted him gone after the Isles sweep....but then with mountains of injuries in the first half of last season the Pens were one of the best playing teams in the league...so I eased up a bit on it. His decisions in the play in round were garbage again though....and thats when coaching decision matter the most, playoff rounds.
I really cant help but wonder if he will scratch certain players and do different things this season in a much shorter one. There isnt near as much time to figure sh!t out and you cant just leave players in the lineup that are majorly negatively impacting the on ice product...we'll see what happens. - MattStrat
Cole getting sent packing was the first sign that Sully lost it. Made no sense. There's been numerous lineup mistakes ever since. Not once did he shake up the lines against the Habs. They couldn't score and looked ridiculously stagnant and Sully kept running the same lines out there. I agree, I think he's butchered 3 playoffs in a row now. Time to go Disco. These guys win cups and believe they're infallible.

So....according to DK's site.
Game day skate... Matheson and Ruh on the third pair. Petts back up to 2nd pair.
They also have Tanev on the 4th line, but that's gotta be a mistake. Right?
It was a mistake. Tanev still on the 3rd line. |

I like the lineup, that's exactly the third pair I want to see. |

I’m not sure how the taxi squad works exactly but if you can move players back and forth between the two then players need to sit once in awhile. Get everyone some game time and allow some new ppl to watch and learn once in a while. |
