Whatever Sorokin was terrible. First game jitters, surprised to play, whatever the reason etc. but the bottom line is he should’ve stopped 4 of those 5 goals imo. The team absolutely sucked in front of him yes but four of those goals were stoppable and as far as his quickness and how he was positionally he was awful I don’t think that’s up for debate. The only thing up for debate is why he was terrible.

I agree Cpt and I get Barry wanting to protect his young goalie but those were bad goals even if the team was lousy. I'm sure having pre-season games for Sorokin could have helped but it's the same for everyone.

Hopefully they’re not telling him the score was 5-0 because of the team in front of him and it wasn’t his fault. The first step in recovery is admitting there’s a problem to begin with

Good, it is unacceptable. Doesn’t seem sorokin is ready and not sure how confident I am in Schneider stepping in. If he’s out long term we might be fuked. .
