I disagree with your analogy. A really bad goalie can lead to young players developing bad habits. Given the chance, I think either Delia or Lanky can be competent.

Delia is the same size as Crawford. I would hire Crow as another goaltending coach to work with both Delia and Subban on being a more quieter/efficient goaltender.

I recall only one shift where the Hawks were better than one and done in the ozone - with some puck retrieval - a Strome line shift just after the disallowed goal.

Other than that - no ozone time, no pressure on Driedger.
