JC has no track record in developing players. There has to be a better option if you are rebuilding and looking for someone who gets young players to develop. Right now there is no direction on the ice and that is coaching.

While we're developing players....let's get Strome a speed and quickness coach. All he needs is some of that, and he'll be a star. Anybody can suddenly get fast, right?
