Mine is southern ontario sorry. I can ask them if you'd like. Got us so much more rent that including their fee we still made more and never had to deal with any tenant BS. I spent years responding to things at 9 PM and saying stop flushing X or stop overloading these outlets and all that. Thought those services were a ripoff. I'll be first to admit how wrong I was and I'd advise it to EVERYBODY
