It's not that bad here but houses are selling like crazy...starting to have people bidding over the asking price so it shouldn't be long before everything goes up a lot.

Prices are out of control in the GTA, I'm looking to buy a townhouse this year, use it as a rental and have someone else pay the mortgage and just sell it in 15 years when I retire

And the all time low interest rates are not helping the middle class at all when it comes to buying houses, it's the complete opposite actually... all the investors with deep pockets see an opportunity

I can do lots of the smaller jobs... got a buddy who's a licensed electrician too, that always helps
