Agreed, don’t care if Podkolzin scores at all. Don’t be a liability and hammer some guys on the 4th line. I think we have overtaken the Leafs as the softest team in the league

Big and fast who can't control the puck, is lost in all 3 zones, that's really going to help the team.

That 2nd line is usually taking on tougher match ups, so you want to put the weakest defensive center in that position? Or you could play them at Gaudette's minutes 8 a game.

What sort of feistiness would you like to see out of MacEwen playing 7 minutes a game?

The media has been banging the drum hard about how appalling it is that the Canucks haven't given Green a new contract yet. They would need to do a 180 to ask about flaws in his system three games in.

Uh yeah got it.

Makita has been saying for a long time that Green is any good, I got on board about a 1.5 seasons ago.
Let's see how this plays out over the next couple months. If Green does get a contract soon, he will be around next season for sure, if he doesn't get one in the next couple months, then I would think they are looking at a coaching change.

You've already gutted that second line by taking Bo out. The team is lacking offense, so why put Sutter with the rest of the top 6 forward who are actually making things happen? You've basically created a one line team.

I'd like him to hit someone, muck it up in the crease, get under some people's skin. Do you have to play 15 minutes a night to be noticeable?

The top 6 hasn't scored in two games. You're worried about being a one line team? Team got shut out last game and you are worried about having one line that even scores.

Yes for sure that's the main reason. But JTM is also a catalyst for them and the team in how his influence gets them going. You are totally underestimating what JTM has meant to this group.

I miss JTM as much as the next guy but a player should be able to miss 4 games without a team folding.
