Yes! and hes gonna stop this virus! by...wearing masks, social distancing, and lockdowns! nothing like trump did! wait... - alejandrososa
like california has been doing all along?

No, you included ages in your stats as though that was important.
Covid-related deaths are avoidable - the more people adhere to the safety protocols the less people that will be affected and the less people that will die.
What do the numbers you posted have to do with this? - Nasty_Duck
my point is...your more likely to die from something else other than covid. by the way, before covid, did you ever wear a mask at work/school/in public when you were infected with a contagious disease? why not? didnt you care about the well being of others? |

masks and lockdowns worked so great the first, second and third time that we have to do it again! maybe this time it will work! and we will lose even more small businesses, careers and people to suicide or drug abuse! - alejandrososa
They would have worked a whole lot better if people actually did follow the protocols. But with Trump as their fine example, many did not. They emulated that fool and refused to social distance and refused to wear masks.
Serious question - are you truly this ignorant, or is it just an act for the internet?

agreed
I mean fauci was at that lab, 2 or 3 times before the virus leaked out
but cnn and abc made him the second most powerful man in america, and he was telling us not to wear masks
now that most of the country is wearing masks, it's not slowing down any
hence masks don't work, but they got Joe in office - homiedclown
it depends which type of mask you wear.

average age of death: 71
average age of death from covid: 74
survival rate of covid: 98.7% (per USA Today)
survival rate of the flu: 99% - alejandrososa
Covid unfortunately is far more contagious than seasonal flu.
Less than 25M Americans have caught covid or ~7% of population with lockdowns and masks. A bad seasonal flu year upwards of 36M catch it.
415k dead Americans vs 34k dead in a bad seasonal flu year.
Better to not catch covid, so please consider getting vaccinated.

Do you really believe that? You need professional help. I never knew the other clown Trump had a homie clown son - joegreif17
Well I know 1st hand that hospitals get more money for covid patinets and their deaths, as well as stories from my friends sister who is a nurse in NY. A 21yr old kid/man drown this past summer, he had Covid after autopsy, guess what was the cause of death? Not drowning, but Covid. One of many many stories obese people getting heart attacks, but had Covid and that was listed as cause, not heart attack. so back to your Mom's basement and STFU! |

show me a land locked country that HAS handled it well
the long and short answer is none, unless you trust the chinese numbers which only makes sense if they had a vaccine all along as they made the virus - homiedclown
I think you need to take another look at what "landlocked country" means. |

i see someone's been listening to Laura Inghram and Tucker Carlson again...
- sensarmy_11
Conspiracy huh? Simply look at the list of countries that have the highest death rates, and you'll see 8 of the top ten are also in the top 10 for most restrictive lockdowns. How can that be? The same holds true for the US. The most restrictive states have the highest death rates. How can that be? Florida has twice the population of Michigan, an older and more dense population, has been wide open since May, yet has a significantly lower death rate than Michigan, which was on total lockdown until August and has been in a partial lockdown ever since. How do you explain that?

Don't worry...you now have four years to celebrate raging heterophobia, gender confusion and a demand that government provide for your every want and need. It won't be long and you people will take to the streets and demand government provided skinny jeans, beanies and soy product.

Ek any update on the Pittsburgh-Winnipeg trade that was brewing? Did you reach Mario yet?
Any update on the Montreal trade after they created another $7,700 of cap space yesterday. If its not Dubois, could it be Gaudreau, Nylander, Laine, Barzal, or JVR + Ghost?

Only if the Whalers can wear their all green jerseys while fishing in the middle of a hurricane. Unless there's double headers. Hurricanes can only be very strong wind gusts. |

you keep looking at death rate and not actual numbers of deaths..............it's simple statistics, the more people who get infected, the lower the death rate will be. the countries with the most people infected will almost surely always be the ones with the lowest death rate %.
i'm assuming you don't know, so i'll explain, statistics in when you examine numbers to come to a conclusion. i know that can be hard for someone like you. |
