stop blaming it on americans. people everywhere dont follow the rules. but the fact is a huge majority do. your never going to get 100% compliance. everywhere I go, including different states. i see masks everywhere. so get a new talking point. why arent masks working in places that have stricter measures. you seem to insinuate that canada is doing a much better job. but why are cases and deaths still rising even with the compliance? could it just be that its a deadly disease that cant be stopped without a vaccine? maybe thats it? or no its just bad trump supporting nazis white nationalists who defy "the science".

How many thousands of people died because the "experts" lied and told us we didn't need the magical masks that we now need? I keep hearing people aren't complying. I live in Michigan, and over the past month, I've been at major public events for my daughter's volleyball in Columbus, Indianapolis, Atlanta and Fort Wayne. I've been actively looking for people who aren't wearing masks indoors. I didn't see a single person not wearing them inside in the first 3 cities I went to. In Ft. Wayne, I saw one person at a mall that didn't wear one at all, and I saw a guy in a gas station yesterday not wearing one. People that aren't wearing them stand out like a sore thumb these days. I've been around huge crowds each weekend for the past month and only saw two people not wearing them. In my experience, people are complying, and if there are a straggler or two here and there, it's not a super-spreader event, and I don't think there's actually been a single documented super spreader event anywhere in America, though there have been plenty of accusations of them. We know that attending a Trump rally is a super spreader, but mass crowds rioting and destroying entire communities is somehow a safe event...after all, they are mostly peaceful.

Meh, which is a good thing I guess. He has the size and pedigree, so he'll settle in I think. Good solid first pass. His skating has improved since the last camp. Not much ice time though, so it's still a very small sample size.

Yes, over 98% of people survive it. But even 2% of hundreds of millions of cases is too many needlessly dead.

I had it. I have antibodies (and no sense of smell and barely any taste, 8 months later). I'm not too worried about myself or my wife (she had it too), although I certainly don't want it again. It suuuuuuuuuuucked. Worst body pains ever. Like a kidney stone in every one of my muscles.

I don't want to give it to someone else. That's why wearing a mask is prudent.
