Practice is at an all time low this year so changing systems or even coaches would be very hard.

Haha truly. Maybe they all got hooked on pills. The way they kill penalties, I don't know how they couldn't be. So passive, no pressure and then just trying to block the shot. It was painful just to watch last playoffs.
