Yes he is and his assistants are crap too. We all know these players have the ability to be better. We’ve all witnessed their skills. It’s the coaches job to prepare and motivate the players. If they can’t do that then what’s the point in keeping them behind the bench.

Can't motivate your players when you continue to give out bad contracts and let good players leave. The organization promotes signing bad players, you shouldn't expect a positive impact from it. The coach can only do so much.

I don’t agree coaches are to motivate players but I agree the coaching isn’t nearly good enough. Most of the blame has to go on the players. They are shell shocked & it doesn’t look like it’ll get better anytime soon. The Habs I picked for 2nd but they aren’t this good.
