Lol pouty is great - CanuckDon
Yup. I have never once called him by his shortened last name, but this one fits him well. |

Hey if everyone here can fire the GM after 7 games I can Cherry Pick because it must mean two weeks in is how the whole season will turn out. - VANTEL
People have wanted to fire the GM and coach for several years, not just over the last seven games |

Well people are stupid
He has improved the team in the standings three years in a row. Stocked the prospect shelf . In the last two years has made good trades and kept the contracts at a reasonable numbers.
I hear most GMs get fired for doing all that |

One practice with Green on the white board and they come out 7-1. Imagine if the schedule allowed them more practice to coach. |

Juolevi, Benn and Hamonic should rotate third pairing. When Benn plays too much he starts to look bad. Myers is better than both, but frustrating at the same time. - Pacificgem
I think Hamonic 5v5 with Hughes but keep Myers on the first PK.
Benn did have better numbers on the PK than Hamonic did last season though.
Benn has also hit and blocked more than Hamonic did in his first games. |

Holy (frank)...when you finish 3-2-5-6 last I should fuken hope you stock the cupboards and improve the team through the draft - Pacificgem
Always an excuse . Det or TBL finish at the bottom they are smart . Canucks do it Benning is an idiot.

Boeser 23 - Nighthawk
The guy that admires drafting complains that Canucks did their job when they finished at the bottom. Truthfully not surprised though.

Juolevi’s been quietly ok back there. Just don’t feed him too many minutes. Hopefully he continues to progress. It’ll make not picking Tkachuk hurt a little less |

Lots of teams do that and the cupboards are claimed to be filled and it doesn't turn out that way. - manvanfan
To be honest, the Canucks cupboards aren’t exactly full, all their kids play in the NHL. Other than Podkolzin and perhaps Rathbone, there is much else there. |

I would put Chatfield above Benn. Faster and gelled with QH better. Not sure who's ready to go yet. Maybe him or Ham is ready by Thrs. for the b2b. |

I would take Logan Brown or Dennis Cholowski for Virtanen. |

Been a Jake supporter, but sometimes you have to cut players loose, both him and Gaudette are garbage. |
