Virtanen is probably worth a second to a team that thinks they can rehab him. I mean, if you look at his stats he's good. If you watch him in a game, not so much.

No, I'm actually not, if you watch every game this year you can see Sutter is better defensively and he wins faceoffs, which gives the team possession. Gaudette will outscore Sutter in the long game, but his defensive inabilities exacerbate what's going on with the rest of the team.

In this compressed schedule there isn't a bunch of time to fix what's broken, the NHL isn't a developmental league, you put the guys out there that give you the best chance to win. Right now, that's Sutter as 3C.
