LOL! The Pred announcers comment that "Granlund...getting tripped from behind...looks around for a call...."
He tripped on the (frank)ing blue line!!!
These guys are some of the biggest dbag homer announcers. Rival the B's broadcast team. |

Yet the first known case of the “Spanish” flu was reported in Kansas? - paulr
Yep, saw that on a pretty good History Channel show. I'll vote to rename it the Kansas or American Flu, whichever you prefer. Who do we petition to change it? Sage? |

Note to the sensitive among us, or Google or Twitter, that was said tongue in cheek. |

Yet it’s believed it actually originated in Germany and was transported by an American soldier.
Today’s viruses seem to originate in live (wet) markets in Asia and Africa. In 2013 the US (CDC) did a great job stopping Ebola before it became an epidemic or worse. |

I suppose the good thing is that other than Paul, Rick and Darth most Canadians are generally pretty polite (sweeping generalization) and will breeze past these comments. |

Edzo???
I know we're rebuilding and these Preds seems to be closer to the Wings than the Lightning but really liking some of the sustained Ozone time we're seeing in the first period.

LOL! These Twit Predlie announcers just brought up the Pekka goal. When you can't win it all, it's the little victories I suppose. |

Still holding a grudge against Paulie for that "2nd favorite poster" thing. That Paulie has some American in him...... |

It’s funny how power plays go. With much stronger teams the Hawks never really had strong power plays. Now with a weak team their powerplay is very strong. I think the stronger teams tended to try to over play the puck and use too much finesse and this team just keeps it simple, creates traffic in front of the goalie and puts pucks on the net. |

Why are you watching the Nashville feed? They are only fun to watch when they are down by 3 or 4 goals. Now you get Crispy on the intermission. Smoke 'em if you got 'em. |

I was thinking the same recently. How can this team have a better power play than one with likely 4 HOF players? Bizarre. |

When was the last time we had a top 10 powerplay? the Early 90s?

They look good tonight, held on at the end there.
Pet peeve, earlier why does Highmore battling against the boards goes past the player by the blue line in our own end instead of keeping himself between the player and the goalie, if help comes great, loses battle puck goes to center ice and Subban has got to make a great play. |
