Veterans not scoring with Zib and Panarin slumping and mostly invisible. Trouba playing garbage. Not winning draws. Laf snakebite so far. Please explain to me how this all David Quinn's fault? The default position is to blame the coach, but seriously? Not everything is his faulty, including playing Johnson. - airjan23
Not everything but the team looking flat and playing with no emotion or drive basically every game does |

When I suggested picking up Joe Thornton for center depth, experience and as a player coach I was laughed at. - aecliptic
I didn't laugh --- I said it before and I'll say it again: (frank) JOE THORNTON! |

End of the day, Quinn is in charge. The team he runs is not performing.
I’m sick of the “Martin is calling the shots on d” excuse. Be the head coach, call your assistant out and stop playing JJ. |

You do realize that he is 87 years old....may die on the bench. Then we would have to blame you for killing more coaches off. |

Ever think that may be coming from above, see Boone, Aaron with Cashman making the calls. But I agree, he should say no way |

The only thing that we CAN blame Quinn for is his choice of lineups. How he keeps sending JJ out there defies all logic. |

Need to be water and adapt to the situation. If the front office is that rigid and still thinks JJ is making this team better, oh boy... |

Well playing Johnson over Smith is his fault lol. He picks the lineup every night. Is Johnson the reason they are where they are in the standings, absolutely not but it doesn’t help the cause. Would really any of you be against seeing Hajek at this point?
Zib & Panarin I am waiting for them to show up. They are a huge contributor as to why we are starting off so poorly in my opinion. |

At the beginning of the day it's Quinn's job to get the team fired up and ready to play. If the guys like Kreider can't get their collective asses moving he needs to find players that will step up. Screw it, give the C to Smith. |

Actually didn't think he was still alive.
Hell, bring him in! Watched a doc about a guy that climbed mountains into his 90's. Scotty is probably still a good coach.

Johnson may not be his fault as we all know Martin is enamored with Johnson for whatever reason but what does say about Quinn if his assistant coaches have final decisions who play and those decisions are hurting team |

Pretty shocked to see Trouba is only 26. I would have guessed he was a few years older. He will only be 31 when his contact expires. We should be getting all of his prime years. Really hope he can find another level! He does not move like a 26 year old. |
