I saw that too. No one could possibly follow Rutherford's career to want that. Rutherford was 20 years older than Dubas now before he had any success as GM. I'm actually stunned he wasn't fired in Hatford/Carolina. They had zero success for so long. But that market you can get away with it I guess.
