It's funny he gave up 2 lottery picks for a one-dimensional winger, but keeping a winger they drafted and signing him is such a mistake by Dubas.
- RogerRoeper

Pretty sure that trade has been blasted since the day it was made. It was fun watching Kessel though. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Except his back-checking

Like Meldonium Maria Sharapova? I don't even care that she cheated. What a beauty. 🙂

So Mikheyev is on quite the schneid for a guy that's around the puck a lot

hope he starts scoring soon, can't be good for his confidence right now

- TheMussel

I like Pierre better myself, not sure what happened to Mikey when the guy lifted his stick and Mikey went down like he was shot ( not even sure how that was a penalty )

Love the work ethic and speed. I think the goals will come. Even if they don't, he is a guy I would like to see stick around.

I think a lot of players lose confidence when they play well and don't get points because it means less pay on their next contract even though they are playing well...Does Soup really care that much about money? I don't know the guy but his agent has openly said its never about the money with him.

I really think he just loves the game and feels fortunate him and his wife are living in Canada and not Russia.

Meldonium would help against heart attacks?
- Scabeh

From what I understand, that's exactly what it is used for:

https://www.medicalnewsto...d%20in%20fat%20metabolism.

Meldonium is a fatty acid oxidation inhibitor, and it is now principally used for heart conditions, such as angina, heart attack, heart failure, and others. The medication works by altering pathways for carnitine, a nutrient involved in fat metabolism.

A study in 2005 found that meldonium, in combination with an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor called lisinopril, improved exercise capability and peripheral circulation for individuals with chronic heart failure.

A Chinese study group tested meldonium for its efficacy in treating acute ischemic stroke, finding it to be as effective as cinepazide, a vasodilator that people in China commonly use to treat stroke.

In some countries, people use meldonium to treat problems with circulation in the brain. Some people report that the drug elevates mood and improves motor symptoms, dizziness, and nausea.

These countries include:

Latvia
Russia
Ukraine
Georgia
Kazakhstan
Azerbaijan
Belarus
Uzbekistan
Moldova
Kyrgyzstan

I only paid attention to her tennis prowess until she was, about maybe 18 or maybe 20 or so. Somebody mentioned she might have been only 17 when she won Wimbledon the first time. I wouldn’t know.

He'd better get it going soon, because there are a few other guys who are gunning for his spot.

It was, but my point is it's odd for Burke who made that trade have such an issue with Nylander. Dubas didn't give up anything to get him and his contract looks good.

Kessel was a much better player than Willie Nylander will ever be.
People forget quickly how good of a player he was for the Leafs - basically on his own (with some help from Grabovski, Kulemin, teh Bozek and a few others, but still) he kept Leafs in lots of games during those bad years.

We’ll only know if we win a cup and he helps. 🤷🏻‍♂️
