Last I saw was Kase still in concussion protocol, have feeling he could be odd man out. I would look at packaging him and Vaak for something...even if just picks or depth.
If things stay the way they are...I am going to be feasting on crow in relation to Ritchie and Zboril (which is fine by me). |

Ritchie looks like a different guy. Maybe he had an attitude adjustment off season. Whatever it is, I like it. If Zboril and Lauzon keep playing like this its another boost. You (not you personally) may even be able to suck on my 2015 draft Richard.
I have a feeling Kase will never score a goal in this sweater. This is 2nd guy from Anaheim that Sweeney has been completely fooled by. Really speaks to the talent of Ryan Getzlaf. He can literally turn any piece of poop into 20+ goal scorer. Worked for Beleskey as well. |

Don’s plan is looking pretty good I shamefully admit, building within the system and not overspending in FA. I was highly skeptical but only time will tell. But some real good signs developing early.
1) Young D are holding there own
2) Haven’t missed Chara’s abscence on the PK. Remains to be seen if they will miss Dad to take care of business at times. But Ritchie, Frederic and Miller are capable.
3) Ritchie has turned into a proto typical Bruin power forward.
4) Smith/Coyle combo have been fantastic
5) Rask is motivated..

As far as #1 goes, I was always in support of not re-signing Krug (I know, not necessarily a popular position). I felt that another year with 2 undersized dmen in the lineup every night was a mistake and Gryz was the cheaper option. Wasn't a fan of the Chara position but so far hasn't hurt us. Was hoping beyond hope that Miller would return the same Miller and so far so good on that front. I really think he could be a difference maker down the stretch...the BIG question is, can he stay on the ice. |

All roses right now.... Mccavoy and Gryz are capable of providing PP presence.
I’m starting to feel Debrusk isn’t going to take the next step. We may have seen his ceiling. |

Bruins rolling a Krejci, Coyle, Ritchie line tonight. Very interested to see that. |

Is it crazy to think that the defensive group might be better with Zboril/Miller than Chara and Krug. They have looked very good so far this season. It’s early but they have been solid on all fronts. |

Chara is getting too slow - he can't handle top-4 minutes - even though he seems to be playing 20+ min a game for Was. They will regret that come playoff time when he's out of gas - just like last year.

Big question I have seen bounced around is who sits when Pasta comes back. Names bounced around are Wagner, Bjork, Studnicka, or Fred. They have all been playing well |

And does Kase make it back into the lineup? Good problems to have... |
