Forwards need to be more committed as a five man unit but the d pairings are all pretty new so I expect some gradual improvement through the first quarter - hopefully they get through the tough part of the schedule and are good to go as the sched evens out

I feel like they were ripe for a step back, and I still feel that way, which is fine. Podkolzin coming in means Pearson can be moved for a pick, Sutter’s contract is up, as is Baertschi’s and I could see Roussel or Beagle being bought out #progress
