I would hold on to Jake for this season. No need to trade until the draft if a trade even happens. At some point fresh bodies will be needed this season and he is at an all time low in terms of value. Best to be patient.

I am not in a hurry to get rid of Beagle. I think he brings a steady reliable fourth line. I think Pods and Lind should be the next young guys to arrive and it is good to have a guy that has been there to show them the tricks.

Sam Bennett doesn't need a change of scenery - he's just not a very good hockey player and I bet you dollars to dynamite by game 10 of being a Canucks this fanbase would fawking hate him and be offering him rides to the airport.
