Dont tempt fate.

Figured they came in threes, though had hoped that was not the case. Kravtsov did not look good.

ok, so the Tony D/K'Andre problems were pure lies, it actually appears to me like the two guys are rather friendly

we shall wait for an hour to see if someone claims him

I really dont think anyone will

I wouldn’t be surprised if someone does to run their PP. Teammates fight, anyone who has played sports knows this. It sounds to me more like Quinn doesn’t like Deangelo and is sick of him more than anyone else. I was reading Zib Trouba and a few others taking about him being placed on waivers and they basically said it sucks when a friend goes through the business side of things and they’re not a better team without him. If u have others reporting him and Miller get along well etc it sounds like a coach/player issue and Quinn’s had enough. I could definitely see Tony being the guy that defies Quinn just bc he knows how pissed he’ll get, and I’m a big fan of TonyD. I think we’re a better hockey club with him than without him and to lose him for nothing would suck. Sounds to me like Quinn doesn’t have control of the locker room and not having a captain doesn’t help.

4.8 million in cap space suddenly becoming available is a great thing though

If we're talking last year TonyD, yeah we are better with him. But he hasn't even come close to last year TonyD. And while technically we'd "lose him for nothing", we'd also open up $5M in cap space for a run at a #1/#2 center.

I'm looking at you Barkov

I wonder if ADA filed assault charges against Georgiev and that was the final straw. Nobody punches someone else in their mask.

if Tony D isnt the quarterback on the right side of PP1, he isn't helpful to this team

that's the fact

Here’s another fact, the PP hasn’t been as good as last year when Tony was running it

well then you are complaining about the job Adam Fox is doing

and to me, he's been doing a great job, the problem is Zibinajed keeps falling down whenever he tries to shoot

Larry is reporting that it was K'Andre Miller who broke up the DeAngelo-Georgiev altercation.

FWIW, a well-placed source told me that K'Andre actually made the gesture of reaching out to Tony via text yesterday. All indications are there were no overt issues between the two #NYR

Can't wait till the Hallmark movie comes out next year for this BS drama twitter is creating.

If this was a coaching/management issue, you trade him. Waiving someone is not the route you take with a disruptive player of his quality. Theres gotta be more to this.

Been a wonderful 36 hours in Rangersland. Loss to the Penguins. ADA placed on waivers. Kravtsov potentially injured, extent and actual issue to be determined. Did I miss anything?

Don't forget the raging storm that is burying the northeast, I've got a foot of snow already and its not going to stop for another 18 hours or so.

Nope, someone can do a good job, but someone can always do it better. I think TonyD would be better at running the 1st PP

I wouldn't think so. Everyone is already there and its not like they are going to lose revenue from fans not showing up

I completely disagree, Adam Fox is the best defenseman I have seen since Brian Leetch at keeping the puck inn the offensive zone

Not specific to Rangersland, but will allow. Used the snow blower early this am to get a jump start, looks like I did nothing right now seeing the level of snow.
