Funny how I post a comment about this place going into meltdown mode during the skid without mentioning any names and you jump up swinging and post a bunch off stuff about me but your narrative is all about me taking bait?
Days without Lefty being caught lying: 0 - boonerbuck
I believe you said that Lefty was probably leading it.

You think Myers is better than Schmidt. I’m sure most posters are laughing at you and I don’t need to defend Schmidt. Enjoy Myers tonight - CanuckDon
Ah I see, so posters are laughing at me, oh no what shall I do, personally I could give a rats ass whether you defend Schmidt or not.
I like Myers up to 11 games this year over Schmidt, maybe that will change, but call me unimpressed of Schmidts game and not a swallower of the Myers is trash crowd. |

@ Vantel
I just checked, during the Vegas expansion draft seven teams used the 8 skater 1 goaltender list, so not as uncommon as you'd think. - Pacificgem
The teams that used it were like Carolina who were stacked on D
You are talking about protecting 3 rookie D for Canucks . If we were stacked on D I would agree but we are not.

The only thing that's going to fix the Canucks cap mess is time, something Jim Benning is going to run out of. The expansion draft isn't going to fix it for him. - Pacificgem
Nobody said that but you can only have so many players on your team. |

I like Myers also but feel we don't need to protect him and he will still be here. I am perfectly fine with him for his term of his contract.
Some nights (like any Dman ) he can be an adventure but I like his overall contribution. I also like Sutter and Beagle

I know you aren't a Green fan but obviously he agrees with you, as Myers plays the most minutes just about every game, if not every game. |

Something I know that everyone is wondering.
Loui Eriksson buyout next year cost's the team 4M and 1M. A 2M savings. - manvanfan
Burying him saves 1.05m so a buyout only saves 995k. |

A couple nights ago, I was talking about Beagle being a respected guy on the team, is always in shape and decent defensively, will someone signed be able to provide that? Brooks came and agreed, the grass isn't always greener.
Sutter has been playing well and I have no problem with him, other than he isn't physical. |

A few people have died this week. The guitarist who created the iconic rift to the Animals classic hit House of the Rising Sun passed yesterday.

Some people have trouble with arrogance and over self worth. - Makita
Yeah, like Myers thinking he's worth 6 mil a year. |
|
|
|
Do you not know why that is? - manvanfan
No I can't figure it out, I need hockey geniuses like you and Canuck Don to explain it to me. |
