Flyers responded well after the 1st, played well enough to win. Really too bad about the NAK and Hayes penalties. The Refs let the Bruins back into the game. Laughton's was deserved, and the Bruins get credit for capitalizing big time.

I’m with you. That said, the optics were awful.

2 penalties total in 51 minutes of hockey. Then 4 in the last 8 minutes and change. Come the (frank) on. Be consistent.

Whatever, they need to figure out how to play with a lead.

They frankly should have two wins against Boston if they knew how to protect 2 goal leads. When is Coots coming back?
- Sublime55

Couts is the only player on this team that knows how to protect a lead? With about all the veterans and depth this team has?

But they aren’t calling it that way. I could count on two hands how many hooks or holds Bruins got away with just in the 3rd alone. It’s a joke. They wait until the final 5 mins of the game to call soft ass calls.

They definitely tightened calls in the third....but all three are just stupid penalties...They know how games are being called. It sucks when Zebra’s decide a game but why give the opportunity to them?

Matching up Coots against the top line changes the dynamic when you can put him out against the top line and first pp, no?

The Bruins needed luck to win, the flyers provided it with PP’s. If they had won they would have deserved to win but they didn’t

That Hayes call was NOT a joke, it was a good call. He stopped skating and decided we would just grab Marchand instead, at a time in the game that is just inexcusable. I would bench him, you have make it clear even to veterans that those types of STUPID plays will not be tolerated on this team.
- jd250

I don’t think you bench a guy....but I’m pretty sure AV will talk about it with all 3 guys. They should be called out.

Things have a way of evening out. They didn’t deserve the last game against the Islanders. Deserved to win tonight.

They really need to find a way against Boston on Friday. They need to end this streak as soon as possible.

Honestly I still think the Flyers can play with them. Boston knows how to win...Flyers are still learning how to put it all together. I’m not sure Boston has another gear....I really think the Flyers do. Friday would be a good night to get there.

I'm beyond perplexed by the BS officiating tonight.... I don't know what to do with my hands...

I'm proud I didn't break my TV ... only my zebra beer mug is shattered.

Anyone else discombobulated with AV's decisions with 8 minutes to go ????

The line combos at that mark , PP and PK, no timeout, no talks with the Refs over the game ...

With 8 min to go and a 2 goal lead.... On the PP Voracek on the point?

With a 3-1 lead, Ghost with Gustafsson on the PP ?

With a 3-1 lead, Farabee on the PK ? (No Raffl, Hayes, Lindblom ?) WTF ?

3-1 ..... 3-2 .... 3-3 ..... Why are we using a deep and overly committed fore-check ?

Myers on the PK on the wrong side of smelling Provy's hair or whatever .. you keep putting Myers out there on the PK out there over and over again so Pastrnak can get a haircut... I mean get a hat trick and play baseball foocking hockey ?

This team SUCKS! There is no other way to say it.

- jd250

This is an idiotic statement. They sit tied for most points in the NHL.
