They have to shut down that line and just hope their other three lines dont beat us. The Bruins really are a one line team, but what a line! - MBFlyerfan
Krejci, Smith, DeBrusk are all capable offensive players.

I'm surprised no Flyers have covid issues given that Zajac tested positive the day after they last played the Flyers.
edit: He entered covid protocol, I don't know if he tested positive |

Its games like this where we will really miss Dr. Selke. Shutting down that top line is going to have to be all hands on deck. - MBFlyerfan

"The 30-minute air replacement in the seating bowl is interesting. I wonder what the max occupancy is for that to be meaningful given that they specify seating bowl. What about the rest of the building?
As for the rest of the safety protocols - they are only as good as the enforcement. "
I spent close to 35 years helping engineers designing air distribution systems in everything from arenas to to operating rooms and infectious/immune compromised isolation rooms and bio labs. Here is the deal. Air change in a room is not like flushing a toilet. Air change really only happens with 100% outside air systems for supply and exhausting roughly the same amount ( its a pressure relationship thing in Ors/labs/iso rooms) real world-You are constantly recirculating most of the air that never gets through filters and stays in the space. There are also air currents that are established by the air temperature and the velocity/air quantity as it leaves the supply device and what the architecture of the building is, things that the air jet hits. Thats how the damned droplets are spread. Air is drawn back to the supply grilles as there is negative pressure there. Its how air is conditioned in a space. It mixes rooms air with the cooled or heated air. The same principle that creates comfort spreads the droplets .Not knowing how they spent the million dollars exactly hard to say what the improved standard of care they are applying is . Localized room units with Hepa filters and UV helps in more confined spaces like offices..I would love to see the blueprint for this improvement.. |

I had no idea he was done for the season. Another blow to his development. I did feel from day one, he shouldn’t have been on the team if he wasn’t gonna play. Connor Bunnaman would be the right choice for first call up and scratches. |

They are, but not nearly on the level of the top line.

Sure every team has weaknesses. The point is will that perceived weakness keep the team from contending. You stated that the Bruins can't be a top contending team due to that perceived weakness. Now they're the team to beat. Flip-flop flip-flop. - MJL
You are completely Delusional! I have NEVER said the Bruins can't be a top team, NEVER. They just went to game 7 of the cup finals two years ago and won the President's Trophy last year. What I have said, and this is the LAST TIME I will state it, is what has kept the Bruins from winning that next cup has been their lack of secondary scoring. That is very different, to even a person with average intelligence which you apparently are not, than stating the Bruins are not a top team.
You know, why don't spend your time trying to add value to this forum versus picking faults with what everyone else posts? I have tried to be cordial and respectful to you, but I am really at the end of that rope. You need to find something else to do.

Thanks. I'd like to know more, too. Not necessarily because I'm itching to go see a game in person, but more because I'm interested in what they did.

Seems like a good one huh? He won the Selke and he is the cure for slumping players.
And I just made it up two seconds before I wrote the post. |

How does Elliott pass Beezer and Bryz with 54 wins on the all time Flyers list? |

With the way the Flyers had a revolving door in the crease the last few decades it's pretty easy to move up the list with a little skill and longevity. |

Bruins run a subtle interference, little picks, curious what kind of refs will we have tonight. The call everything or let it go - wcorvette
I’ve already prepared myself to deal with it lol, Bruins get away with more than any team in the league |

I can't remember who but wasn't there a pretty decent backup when Beezer was a Flyer?
Looked it up
98-99 Beezer and Hextall
99-2000 Beezer and Boosh |

I can never read the athletic or inquirer because I don't have a subscription and it really sucks because I feel like they have a lot of good content on there that I miss out on.
Is there any other way to view it without a subscription?
TIA |

I think I would agree it is worth the subscription
I don't need a pity party but the world is not financially kind to single fathers who pay child support
I asked for it for Christmas but apparently I was bad last year because santa didn't bring it. I'm glad he got hit with an ice brick decades ago 🙄 |

Same boat here. I just pick my poisons. The 7.99 a month was a bite I was willing to eat. I just sacrificed my lunch twice a week.
Priorities lol

Are you saying that the "improvements" are probably just "improving" the spread of the virus? Sounds about right. |

I think beezer was only here 3 years and 1 as a starter correct? Started in 98-99, but Boosh surpassed him in 99-00. I'd say that's what happened. |
