This is 100% speculation....but I could see Schhmidts personality clashing with a JTM type. Then Bo not really knowing how to handle both of those opposing sides.

Petey saying he's a lone wolf is the first time I've been a little worried about him.

Then Holtby thinking he's ruined his career coming to this dumpster fire of team defense/effort.

Chatfield has caused a few goals a game....he's not good. We want him to be Tanev, but he is not.

I wonder how much covid has affected the players. Petey didn't go home, people can't really travel, he probably hasn't seen his family in a long time. Schmidt and Holtby in new environments with their families.
