I didn't like the Linden firing and thought it should have been Benning that went.

Coaching change might help maybe but really the players have to play for each other like in the PO's last year. Losing Tanev-Toffoli-Stecher-Leivo has nothing to do with how bad the team is playing right now.

In my opinion, it's more Benning and management than it is green. Green has been working with the hand he's been dealt. For me, it's not this specific series that has made me concerned, it's the bigger picture. We got our asses handed to us by the habs, but no one panicked, cause the effort was at least there. Last night was concerning not cause they lost, but how. There is something more than roster change that is causing this team to play like this. When you dive deeper into how bad the canucks are playing, aside from this series, it shows a very very broken group, in every position and in every stat. I think a management overhaul needs to happen before a coaching change, but thats just me.

Coaches shouldn’t let players play through their challenges. Everyone who isn’t performing should be demoted to the third line, and put on PP2 until they figure it out.

All of the top front offices these days have a nice balance between good talent evaluation and analytics. Aquilini meanwhile went from one extreme to the other.
