Virtanen on the block, JB should work on a swap with Bennett. Have him take over as our 3c. His biggest issue in CGY is that he isn't used right. Could be an upgrade for our Middle and JV could be an upgrade on CGY wing where they have Bennett playing.

I don't know how a player who has never broken 40 points in a season and is a healthy scratch all of a sudden can be a 3lc. Bennett is like having Virtanen as a 3lc. He's never been a plus player in the NHL. Gaudette is better than Bennett.

Made it to game 7 of the 2nd round of the covid cup. Beat out the defending pre covid cup champs.

I think right now, JB has to do something to change. A trade or fire the coach. Now a quarter of the way through the season, it's a hot mess and things aren't looking up. They almost look worse nightly.

Canucks have been out scored 23-9 on the first 4 games of this road trip...one more game to go.

Bennett has been poorly managed in CGY and easily has more to give.

Motte-Bennett-Gaudette would be the best 3rd line we has in years.

At the cap hit, so would I. But for actual talent Gaudette isn't ever gonna be a center and Sutter is gone next year unless JB isn't fired.

As much doom and gloom as there is, all is not lost, there’s some great young players here, Pettersson, Boeser, Hughes, Demko, Hoglander and Horvat, they just need a GM and coach who can take them to the next step while cleaning up Benning’s mess.
