Vancouvers defensive systems have been bad for years, and players have said it is overly complicated. If some people think Green isn't the problem, their defensive coach Baumgartner definitely is, Brown is also an issue. Our PP seems to only look for the perfect shot, rather than throw it on net and get dirty goals. Yes you shouldn't take bad shots, but when we spend 30 seconds passing with no shot and movement and then lose it because it becomes easy to read a pass from the outside, something is wrong. |
