I didn't want to see Tanev go, go, but they have to move on from some of these guys, eventually.
But, replacing him with a guy who cost 1.5 million more, and struggles defensively, yikes.

i saw a tweet that we need to go like 24-12-4 to sniff the playoffs. one hell of a hot streak is needed. flames have a possible 10 point swing which is scary

Hard to say Flames are coming off a win where Markstrom looked pretty mediocre back to 3-4 GPG. If Koskinen wasn't so bad Oil would have won that game easy but is what it is. Hopefully Demko starts and Holtby can whine to Miller about team deficiencies while he watches the puck go through his 5 hole in practise lol
