I've been wanting to buy a dog for a year now but I don't want one from a breeder. Refuges are all empty and with the new house, I'll probably postpone the project.

I'm lucky my dog was always very clean, we started her with a pipi pad close to the door, she always used it. Then after 2 weeks we move it just outside the patio door so she learned to ask for the door and 2 weeks of that she was completely trained, never had an accident.

I did the exact same thing. once she was out, I locked the door for good.
