thing is though he isn't as effective defensively as he used to be either, which is a concern - Pat1993

i do like how habs fans constructed this narrative and now use it as a rallying cry to defend their new man-child |

I like it
And really the controversy started way before the contract extension...Halak comes to mind - obie
Meh. Every time Halak was given a #1 goalie opportunity, he failed to run with it and that's why he has been a #2 all his career. |

well it's not that easy. sometimes it depends. you'll read the people you ignore if they're involved in a good conversation and you'll skip the people you normally would read if they're talking about like the pros and cons of the trapezoid on the defense group of the anaheim ducks or something really boring.
but i read all of your posts! |

Something habs were doing very well at the beginning of the season and that is not happening past 3 games is to get the puck out of their zone quickly...
Yesterday, how many goad initiate by not being able to get the puck out of the (frank)ing zone...
So many puck on the stick, under 5 feet from the blue line and oops... fumble, turnover and giving high quality scoring chances...
And we can't point out a specific player in particular, they all had their little episode about this...
It is something they have to fix because you can't beat Toronto if you keep (frank)ing around like that... |

Most consistent F this year is Anderson, he will be even better to watch when the crowds return - obie
Yeah...I'll probably be dead before that happens. |
