When everyone is healthy top 6 should be

Panarin zib buch
Laf chytl kakko

Run that out rest of year

- nyrangers2

see the problem with that is that I don't think he'd ever run out a line consistently where all three guys are lefty shots

I don't want to make the argument that I don't think it's a good idea, I just dont think Quinn would because of that

Met Scott Gomez, Scott Stevens and Jason Arnott once at a McDonalds across from South Mountain Arena (where the devils practiced). Really nice guys, but Scott Gomez looked strung out on something

Biggest issue with the Rangers this year is their record in one goal games

1-3-3

Just think where they could be in the standings if they could close a damn game

Agreed I think he might be against it. I just think only way to get those guys going is heavy minutes

Howden is a great kid works hard but is just not good!

Mika is a big question mark is something wrong with him or did he not
keep himself in shape?

Trouba has to be moved before the no trade kicks in we have some great
young talent coming on Defense

You probably aren't wrong.
I'd like to see him consistently roll the top 3 lines to get them all lots of time. Keeping some combos that we know work and providing fertile ground for another.

Kreids/Zib/Buch
Panarin/Strome/Kakko
LAF/Chytil/Gaut

I think before long those 2nd and 3rd lines could be basically interchangeable. And the way Kakko is playing, if they can just get Strome to play with what he sees instead of what he thinks he can do, that trio should be a killer.
Then Howden can go (frank) himself while Rooney runs the team from the 4C position!!

No one bringing up the Trouba falling down on the tying goal?

I don't absolve him of blame, but I'd like to see a replay that shows what he was upset about.

He was upset he couldn't stay on his feet.

They showed the replay last night and there was nothing except him falling down by himself

Yeah. If this is actually a trip by Bjork and not just a normal pivot, then it's a genius move and Quinn should start teaching it in his Diving Practices.
Oh sorry, wrong thread. It was the Islanders board that was seriously saying that Quinn promotes/teaches techniques for drawing penalties.

Yeah, that was Trouba just being completely out of position and having bricks for feet

I just rewatched the replay. Bjork CLEARLY trips Trouba. Whether accidental or not, the ref missed it....

Well, we'll never know whether it was intentional or not. But, that looks innocent enough to me that I'd be pissed if they made that call against a Ranger, so...

Yeah, that was the only one I was not forgiving about. He changed his mind twice in 0.2 seconds on how to play it.

It had no bearing on the play. Trouba was 3' behind him and Bjork was going to the net. Does anyone honestly believe Troubas incredible foot speed would have caught him??

Come on!

It's not about intent. Accidental trips happen all the time. Bjork turns and takes Trouba's feet out from under him. It's a trip dammit

Trouba averages almost one bad play a game that leads directly to a goal. You guys could keep riding his hog but he is on my poop list.

I fully recognize that he has his dopey moments. Just don't think this goal was his "fault". If anything, I would say Howden blew coverage. Center is supposed to make sure you don't get out numbered in the corners. He's (frank)ing looking backwards in this play, drifting in the high slot
