Little bit of this, little bit of that. They were pretty steady defensively but neither provide offence.

Realistically, Tanev is now playing 2nd pairing with Hanifin. A few less hard match ups than what he did in Van.

Stecher is playing with a vet who is quite good defensively still but what I didn't say is they might be good at defending but they provide very little offence.

Ideally it would have been a good idea if JB kept Tanev to play with Hughes on the 2nd pairing while Schmidt and Edler took 1st pairing and OJ came in to play with Stecher and Myers was traded.

I called Stecher Staal one of the better pairings.

Krug and Faulk might actually be the best so far this season overall.
