one thing i noticed from hoglander is that his shot could use a little more velocity. he has a couple good looks but it lacks the threat from distance. hopefully he can hang out with petey after practice and get some pointers |

"Mangiapane was on the Canucks’ radar in 2015 until Benning saw him in a junior game. Mangiapane had a bad game."

the team has definitely played better in the last 2 games but let's not kid ourselves into thinking they "deserved" to win either of them.
i'll remind everyone that they scored only 1 goal last night as well as in the "better" last game versus the leafs.
scoring 1 goal per game does not constitute deserving to win (nor does it give credence to the goalies being the main reason for losses.) - RealityChecker
Sure it does, as long as we get the GA below 1 we're golden. Just need 13 of the next 18 points and we're back in it, baby!
Go Canucks go! |

Feel like he’s better defensively than him but not nearly as good offensively |

That would be sweet for the Canucks tank even though this is a poopty season to tank lol - Nucker101
Although there is a lack in RHD this year, I think it is a great year to finish low due to the amount of Defensemen available. |

Great hands though, he looked dangerous everytime he touched the puck... |

NHL Lottery changing, shouldn't affect us as we're focused on meaningful games in the post season.

i think they should change in the opposite direction but bettman wants parity. i saw something recently that even mlb wants to do something about tankings
what caught my eye from that link was the article at the end about the whl rebels living at their home rink in the suites |

ya hes really exciting to watch. in a year or two i could see him being a consistent threat once he builds a little more nhl strength |

He made Gio look pretty bad a couple of times in the offensive zone. Does Holtby play next game or Demko stay in? Honestly, Calgary had no right winning that game. The hockey gods are not smiling on your team... |
