It's just a gimmick. His keyboard is fine, he's a tool.

First someone made fun of his for using ellipsis too much, so he took out all his spaces and just used ellipsis between words. Suddenly his space bar was broken. Then I guess he graduated to all caps. Then his "O" "broke", so now we get the "0"s.
