Canucks fan are truly the worst. #1 Armchair GM's.

They can win the cup every year in EA sports NHL 21. They could also do the same in the real deal.

Anyone remember "The Vancouver fans can't handle a rebuild?" Commentators clearly know more than Van fans as well.

I also like the fans that always think the next guy is somehow WAY better than the last guy even though it's been proven that's not the case at all.

Let's not forget the fans that are pro giving away assets to get rid of bad contracts but yet want to fill the cupboards with top tier prospects at all times.

The fact that these people think that being a fan for a certain period of time, gives them the feeling that it's "their" team and they should do what they want for it. FFS really, you're a fan, you don't own a stake in the team. If you don't like the team, move on.

. The assumption of course is that the new structure will give increased odds of winning the lottery to the teams finishing at the bottom of standings. The talk this off-season centered around the Detroit Red Wings, who failed to win even one of the lottery draws for the 2020 NHL Draft and fell to fourth in a season in which they were historically bad and well below even the 30th-ranked team in the NHL. Many owners and GM’s felt that this shifted the status quo and placed importance on avoiding such poor teams missing out on top picks in the future, or at least offering them a better chance of landing those picks. Whether or not these lottery changes will be approved, and if so in time for the next entry draft, remain to be seen.
