Lots of games again tonight, Avs vs Vegas should be a good one. Unless MacKinnon and Makar are still out?

Bo has always been streaky.

I seen a number of plays JTM made yesterday it looked like he didn't care. Anyways , he is still here so it's time for the next game.

With 30 points in 17 games and the Oilers in a playoff position it looks like McDavid has a lock on the Hart Trophy if he can stay healthy. Boeser giving Matthews a run for his money on the Rocket Richard Trophy, I knew he was gonna have a good year after he had the extra time off and got completely healthy.

He had to be helped off the ice, not a good sign.

I just hope Vantel is OK.

He's a tough old fella, even if he's not much bigger than Ruby...he'll be fine.

I am too busy reading Mike Gillis's 13 step plan to winning the Stanley Cup. I have bigger fish to fry.

Then after I have to drive by Luongo's old condo and see if it is on the market.

That was a long read. I don't think Mike Gillis will ever be given a shot in the NHL again, too much of an old boys club. No one likes him.

I wouldn't say it was . He reversed direction while a guy was turning that way. I think it was just a hockey play that turned bad.

He's just such an arrogant twat. As for as his GM abilities, he was mediocre just like every GM we've had since Milford. Good at certain things, terrible at others.

Gaudette might give him a run in the final rounds.

Another one of Jim Benning’s hair-brain ideas, Erik Gudbranson, is in 2nd place.

In terms of his on-ice product, he was the most successful General Manager in Canucks history, so I don't get the hatred. As for his personality, ok, that's easy to understand.

Sure he was gifted the Sedins, Kesler, Bieksa, Burrows, Edler and Luongo, but Brian Burke was gifted Bure, Mogilny, Linden, Naslund, Ohlund, Bertuzzi and McCabe...all of them were in their mid 20's to early 20's. Brian Burke never got past the second round, ever!

Yeah,

A quick look at the Green Jacket race along with some other, more positive stats as I ponder Monday's game and look ahead to the rest of the week.
