I'm guessing Perry since they won last game.
Tatar should also be back in the lineup. - Scabeh
long time for him to think with the 1 week break and all, wonder how he going to come out next game |

I expect him to fight like a hooked tuna.

I'm not too worried about him, I'm sure he'll be better. and if the team continues to struggle I doubt CJ sits him out again, it'll probably be someone else

EE has an article talking about how it's a cap move to try and save space for deadline moves or for performance bonuses on the ELCs of Suzuki, Kotkaniemi and Romanov which I hadn't thought about as those carry over to next year if you don't have space this year - which is what (frank)ed Chicago back in the day with Toews and Kane. He also mentioned MB saying Caufield will be a pro next year essentially meaning Tatar will not be back, at least per EE's opinion - Takemedrunkimhome
I think Caufield will replace Armia, Tatar leaves and it creates a hole on the left wing, a pretty significant one |

I'm still hoping Tatar stays.
Despite his recent slump, he's a very important part of our offense.
But obviously, the price and term needs to be reasonable.
Armia's future is directly linked to Danault and Tuna's contracts imo. |

he didn't specify but I'm pretty sure MB was talking about the AHL, not necessarily the NHL

A lot of guys play their off wing but it would put 5 right shots on the wing in the top 6 wingers. Money likely will be a greater deciding factor but MB and CJ seem to love Armia |

I'm just parroting what EE wrote. Still seems pretty fluid to me either way |

For sure I want him to stay.... and sure he's not playing great but he's still 4th amongst F in goals, a quarter of the way through the season... and i think Armia is gone regardless, too many RW |

Can you imagine no Anderson and Toffoli? We'd be watching them bombard that net with shots in the chest like it was 2019 |

Armia will probably fetch 3.5 - 4 million on the open market, Habs can't pay him that |

I'm happy to spend all of Molson's money but no chance I'd give him that to show up 20% of the time |

Exactly... out of the 3, I keep Tatar.... although the way he's playing, Phil might come cheap after all |

Price and term will dictate a lot I imagine. Toffoli's contract is a new measuring stick for other deals in this flat cap situation |

With Caufield on the team next year, Armia becomes a 4th line player... I guess that also depends on Tatar but either way, the RW is pretty stacked for quite some time |

No Biggy, I'm however concerned that the first Phil that comes to mind to you in a semi-awake state is Kessel |
