Now they just need to get rid of deadweight Virtanen and perhaps the team gets on a roll. - Whiskey-Tango
Is he really that bad? Is it something a change of scenery could help, or just a lost cause? |

lol it's a tough racket but can pay if you have the balls to spend a bit of money. Watching some of the 'pro' gamblers in Vegas was unreal. They spend...but they know how to cover bets and make cash.
Plus you never know when they are going to cheat. Thoroughbreds are policed quite heavily but there are time when you wonder WTF is going on.. - LordHumungous
I love thoroughbred racing. My extended family was involved in it for years. |

Do Jasek or Lind look like they may have a career as centres with Canucks? |

He needs a change of scenery and maybe a Coach that can get through to him. Not a bad player, just can't seem to tie it all together here.

Its tough to say this early - I've watched 4 games now. Focht is the other centre and all of them look comfortable out there but they obviously all need more time. None of them look bad, other than the occasional mistake, to be expected.
Woo is fitting in nicely so far - playing smart, rough and making the odd mistake. Getting some PP time and regular PK shifts. Jasek and Lockwood getting PK time as well. |

It appears to be a combination of many different things. I watched JV play for the CGY Hitmen alot too very spotty efforts and a bit pouty but when he was on he was on. But that was the WHL, NHL is a much different story. Showing up out of shape multiple times, in/out of Greens doghouse (but Green appeared to like him in Utica). His mental state of the game hasn't improved man the kid has a million dollar set of legs and a world class shot...plus built for the NHL to match but he just doesn't use it all to his advantages.
Attitude might be at the point where he knows Green isn't going to give him top 6 minutes so he must think WTF...why am I here? I think he's better than he's shown just doesn't give a sh!t. |

Think Cam Barker, Jack Skille, Josh Holden, Nail Yakupov
And then knock it down a few notches.
Also, 🎶 one of these things is not like the others... can you guess which one? |

Mother’s Aunt has some long distance horses which held some track records way back in the day but since I moved up here I just follow the big 3 now. Haven’t watched any of the Canadian Stakes in years. |
