This is why hes not good for being a HC. Sometimes you need to sit/bench/drop your stars. People need to be made accountable, and if hes going to do that with everyone else but Zib... then he clearly has bias and its not healthy for the team.

Even if you have to move Rooney up to the top line, Rooney has been more deserving to play with those guys than Zib.
